Our Approach

One space for both therapy and mental performance.

Steady State Therapy & Coaching integrates mental health and mental performance care to support individuals in their emotional well-being, personal growth, and performance. We understand the unique mindset of athletes and translate this into individualized care that considers the whole person, not just one aspect of their life.

We work with individuals age 12 and up who are navigating anxiety, stress, ADHD, trauma, body image concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions, while also supporting mental skills development and performance-related goals.

Our approach draws from ACT, DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic therapy, and EMDR, allowing us to tailor care to each person's needs, experiences, and goals. By bringing mental health and mental performance together, we create space to address challenges while building skills that support well-being and performance.

Finding your Steady State means feeling grounded in who you are, even when faced with pressure, uncertainty, or change. It's not about eliminating challenges or performing at your best every day; it's about developing the self-awareness, flexibility, and resilience to navigate challenges without losing connection with yourself.
